Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to services and infrastructure supplied by YAVUZ DIGITAL LTD. You are responsible for the content, software, users and activity you control. Use must comply with applicable law, the agreed scope and any disclosed third-party infrastructure terms.

Prohibited activity

• Fraud, phishing, impersonation, deceptive pages or attempts to steal credentials or payment information.
• Malware distribution, ransomware, botnets, unauthorised access, destructive code or denial-of-service activity.
• Testing, scanning or exploitation of systems without the system owner’s explicit authorisation.
• Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam infrastructure or evasion of service restrictions.
• Illegal content, child sexual abuse material, exploitation, threats, or content that unlawfully violates privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Unlawful transactions, prohibited goods or services, and attempts to evade sanctions or other applicable restrictions.
• Resource abuse, credential sharing outside the agreement or interference with other users or infrastructure.

Authorised security work

Defensive reviews must have a written scope and permission from the relevant system owner. Permission for one system does not extend to third-party services, suppliers or unrelated infrastructure. Do not send us stolen data or use our services to facilitate unauthorised activity.

Reporting a concern

Email info@yavuzdigital.com with “Abuse report” in the subject. Include the relevant URL or service, a description and evidence sufficient to locate the issue. Do not include exploit payloads, live credentials or unnecessarily sensitive personal information in an initial report.

How we respond

We review reports and may request further information, restrict the affected service or require corrective action. An urgent security or legal risk may require immediate action. Where lawful and practical, we explain the reason and provide a route to discuss the decision. Refunds, handover and termination remain subject to the agreement and mandatory law.
