1. Data controller and contact
YAVUZ DIGITAL LTD (company number 17536067), trading as Yavuz Digital, is the controller of personal data used to manage this website, enquiries and our own customer relationships. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For privacy questions or requests, email info@yavuzdigital.com and put “Privacy” in the subject.
2. Information we handle
- Enquiry details: your name, email address, company, service interest and the information you choose to send.
- Customer and contract records: business contact information, proposals, invoices, correspondence, agreed deliverables and support requests.
- Technical information: hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, browser details, requested pages and security events to deliver and protect the website.
- Service access: where needed for an agreed engagement, limited system information and authorised access details shared through an agreed secure method.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords or card data through the enquiry form or ordinary email. We do not intentionally request special-category personal data through this website.
3. How the enquiry form works
The form builds an email draft on your device and provides a link to open your email application. Preparing an enquiry does not send it to us. You must send the email yourself. The page does not save form entries to a database, cookies or browser storage. Your email provider handles the draft and transmission under its own terms and privacy information.
4. Purposes and lawful bases
- Answering enquiries and preparing proposals: steps you request before a contract, or our legitimate interests in communicating with a business contact.
- Delivering and administering services: performing a contract, or our legitimate interests in managing a business customer relationship.
- Accounting, tax and legal records: compliance with legal obligations.
- Website delivery, security and misuse prevention: our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable website.
- Handling complaints and legal claims: legal obligations and legitimate interests in resolving issues and protecting legal rights.
We consider the impact on your rights before relying on legitimate interests. We do not add you to a marketing list simply because you make an enquiry. Any future optional marketing or non-essential tracking would require its own appropriate information and legal basis.
5. Who may receive information
Information may be handled by service providers in the categories needed for our operations: website hosting and security, email and communications, document storage, accounting, and professional advisers. Providers receive only the information needed for the relevant purpose, subject to appropriate terms. Where a payment service is separately arranged for a customer order, the payment provider handles the payment information described at that stage. This website itself does not collect card data.
We may share information when legally required, to handle a dispute, or to protect people and systems. We do not sell your personal data.
6. International processing
Infrastructure or communications providers may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted international transfer is involved, an appropriate legal mechanism is required, such as applicable adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards. You can ask us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your data.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry information while discussing the request and for a reasonable follow-up or dispute-handling period. Customer and delivery records are retained for the contract, relevant legal limitation periods and any required tax or accounting retention period. Security logs are kept only as needed to operate the infrastructure, investigate events and satisfy legal requirements. The category, purpose, legal requirements and risk of an unresolved issue determine the actual period. We delete or anonymise records when they are no longer needed.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection to legitimate-interest processing, and portability of your data. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.
Email us to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the request. We normally respond within one month, with any lawful extension explained. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, or your relevant local authority. ICO telephone: +44 303 123 1113; postal address: Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
9. Choices and automated decisions
You can browse without making an enquiry. Information marked as required in the enquiry form is needed to prepare a useful request; it is not a statutory obligation to provide it. We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you through this website.
10. Cookies, children and updates
The website code does not set analytics or marketing cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the distinction between the page and the infrastructure that delivers it. Our services are intended for business users and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. This notice may change when our services or processing change; the date above identifies the current version.
